Privacy Policy for Afterfront Survival

Mediocre Game Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the mobile game Afterfront Survival (the “Game”). This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the Game, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information processed by the Game

Game progress and settings

The Game stores gameplay information on your device, such as coins, upgrades, completed rounds, settings, achievement progress, and whether advertising has been removed. We use this information to operate the Game and preserve your progress and preferences. We do not use this locally stored information to identify you outside the Game.

Deleting the Game may delete locally stored progress unless the information is separately preserved by an Apple service or device backup.

Game Center

If you choose to use Apple Game Center, Apple processes your Game Center account information. The Game may send scores, achievement progress, and related gameplay records to Game Center and receive the player information Apple makes available through that service. We use this information only to provide achievements, leaderboards, and other Game Center features. Your use of Game Center is also governed by Apple's privacy policy and account settings.

In-app purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment card information. We may receive purchase status and transaction information needed to unlock, restore, prevent fraud involving, and support the Remove Ads purchase.

Advertising

When advertising is enabled in the Game, we may use Google AdMob to display ads. Depending on your device settings, location, consent choices, and the advertising configuration in use, Google and its partners may process information such as:

• IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
• device or advertising identifiers;
• ads shown and interactions with those ads;
• app interactions;
• crash logs, diagnostics, and performance information; and
• information needed to prevent fraud, secure the service, and measure ad performance.

This information may be used for third-party advertising, analytics, security, fraud prevention, and app functionality. Where required, the Game will request consent or permission before using information for personalized advertising or tracking. You can change relevant privacy choices in the Game's settings and in iOS Settings. Purchasing Remove Ads permanently stops the Game from requesting or displaying ads; it does not erase information previously processed by advertising providers under their own retention policies.

How we use information

We process information described in this policy to:

• operate, maintain, and improve the Game;
• save progress and preferences;
• provide purchases, purchase restoration, achievements, and leaderboards;
• display and measure advertising when advertising is enabled;
• diagnose crashes and technical problems;
• protect players, the Game, and our services from fraud or abuse; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers that help operate the Game, including Apple for App Store purchases and Game Center and Google for AdMob advertising. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information for money.

Some privacy laws define personalized advertising or certain disclosures for advertising as “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising.” Where those laws apply, we will provide the choices required by law.

Retention and security

Locally stored gameplay data remains on your device until you reset it, delete the Game, or the operating system removes it. Apple, Google, and other service providers retain information according to their own policies. We retain information under our control only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including legal, security, fraud-prevention, and support needs.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal information, or to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. You may also have the right to appeal a decision or complain to a data protection authority.

You can control Game Center through your Apple account and iOS settings. You can manage Apple's tracking permission in iOS Settings. Advertising consent options, when required and available, will be accessible in the Game's settings. You can permanently disable ads in the Game by purchasing Remove Ads.

To make a privacy request concerning information under our control, contact us using the address below. We may need to verify your request. Because most game progress is stored only on your device and we do not operate player accounts, we may not possess information that can be associated with you.

Children

The Game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can address the request. Age thresholds may differ by country.

International processing

Service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, applicable safeguards are used for international transfers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Game and applicable requirements change. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the Game or through another appropriate notice.
