Privacy Policy for Crumblox

Mediocre Game Studio LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the mobile game Crumblox (the “Game”). This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the Game, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information processed by the Game

Game progress and settings

Crumblox stores your board, progress, scores, stars, earned coins, boosters, daily reward counters and settings on your device. The studio does not receive your gameplay save. There is no Firebase analytics, studio account or cloud-save service.

Game Center

If you sign in to Apple Game Center, Crumblox sends achievement progress, highest completed level and total earned stars to Apple. Apple manages your player profile and leaderboard visibility. Game Center is optional and does not replace the local save. See Apple’s privacy policy.

In-app purchases

Apple handles the permanent full-game purchase. Crumblox verifies StoreKit transactions for ownership; the studio does not receive payment-card details. No consumables or subscriptions are sold.

Advertising

The free game uses Google AdMob and Google’s User Messaging Platform. These services may process IP-derived approximate location, device/app identifiers, ad views/interactions and diagnostic/performance information to deliver and measure ads. Ads are configured as non-personalized, with publisher first-party ID and publisher privacy personalization disabled. Crumblox does not request App Tracking Transparency permission. These settings do not eliminate all ad-service data processing.

Required consent controls appear before eligible requests. Advertising privacy choices in Settings reopen controls where available. Permanent owners bypass every ad. Google manages retention and international processing under its privacy policy; see its SDK disclosure guide.

Support correspondence and privacy requests

If you email hello@mediocregs.com, we receive the address and information you provide to respond. Contact us to request access or deletion of that correspondence. We retain correspondence while needed to handle the request and any follow-up or legal obligations. We cannot remotely access or delete your on-device save. External links use your browser and the destination’s privacy practices.

Retention

Removing app data may erase progress; device backups are managed by your operating system.
