Mediocre Game Studio LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the mobile game Petal Loom Sort (the “Game”). This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the Game, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information processed by the Game

Game progress and settings

Petal Loom Sort does not require an account. Game progress, settings, earned coins, cosmetic ownership, power-up inventory, completed levels, and related gameplay state are stored locally on your device. We do not operate a proprietary account or gameplay-data server for the game.

Deleting the app may delete locally stored game data. Apple may restore some app data through device backup features that Apple controls.

In-app purchases

Petal Loom Sort offers a non-consumable Remove Ads purchase through Apple’s App Store and StoreKit. Apple processes the transaction and payment information. We do not receive your full payment-card information. The app reads Apple’s verified transaction and entitlement information to activate and restore the purchase.

Advertising and consent

Petal Loom Sort uses Google Mobile Ads to show optional rewarded ads and occasional interstitial ads at natural breaks in gameplay. It also uses Google User Messaging Platform to request and store advertising consent choices where required by law.

Depending on your region, choices, device configuration, and Google’s services, Google may process information such as:

• Internet Protocol address, which may indicate general location
• Device or app identifiers
• Ads displayed and interactions with those ads
• App interactions such as launches, taps, or video views
• Crash, diagnostic, and performance information

Google may use this information to provide, measure, secure, and improve advertising and analytics services. Advertising data practices are controlled by Google and may vary based on consent, region, and whether personalized ads are permitted.

Where required, Petal Loom Sort presents Google’s consent message before requesting ads. A Privacy Choices button is available from the Pause screen when Google indicates that an additional privacy-options entry point is required.

The game does not directly request access to Apple’s advertising identifier and does not display an App Tracking Transparency permission prompt in the current version.

Email support

If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, device details, screenshots, or recordings. We use it to answer your request, troubleshoot the game, prevent abuse, and maintain appropriate business records. Do not send passwords, payment-card information, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

How we use information

Information handled through the services described above may be used to:

• Operate and maintain the game
• Save settings and recognize purchase entitlements
• Provide and measure advertising
• Respect consent and privacy choices
• Diagnose crashes, performance issues, and abuse
• Respond to support requests
• Meet legal, security, and App Store obligations

Sharing

We do not sell personal information directly. Information may be processed by service providers necessary to operate the game, including Google for advertising and consent services, Apple for app distribution and purchases, and our email provider when you contact support. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

We may also disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, investigate fraud or security issues, or protect our rights.

Retention and security

Local game data remains on your device until the app or its data is removed, subject to Apple-controlled backups. Advertising and diagnostic information is retained according to Google’s policies and your applicable choices. Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably needed for support, security, legal, and business-record purposes.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal information, or to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. You may also have the right to appeal a decision or complain to a data protection authority.

Depending on your region and device, you may be able to:

• Review advertising privacy choices from the game’s Pause screen
• Limit personalized advertising through device and Google settings
• Decline an optional rewarded ad
• Purchase Remove Ads to remove automatic ads and claim eligible rewarded benefits without watching ads
• Delete local game data by removing the app and relevant backups
• Contact us with a privacy request

Some requests concerning information controlled by Google, Apple, or another provider may need to be directed to that provider.

Children

Petal Loom Sort is a general-audience puzzle game and is not listed in Apple’s Made for Kids category. We do not knowingly request a child’s name, contact information, precise location, photos, or account registration. Advertising is configured for a general-audience app with age-appropriate content controls.

If you believe a child sent personal information through support email, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

International processing

Google, Apple, and other service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Their privacy documentation describes applicable safeguards and regional rights.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game, service providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy at this URL and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or App Store listing when appropriate.
