Florbits Privacy Policy

Mediocre Game Studio LLC provides Florbits. This policy describes information handled by the game and when you contact us. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@mediocregs.com.
Game data on your device
Florbits saves your board, scores, level progress, preferences, and ad-timing counters locally on your device. Gameplay does not send these saved records to the studio. Florbits has no player accounts, in-game cloud synchronization, or separate gameplay analytics service such as Firebase Analytics.
Local records remain until the app replaces or removes them, or you delete the app’s data. Deleting the app can remove your progress. Device backups and their retention are controlled by your operating system and backup settings.
Advertising and privacy choices
Florbits uses Google AdMob for banner ads and ads between failed attempts, and Google’s User Messaging Platform to manage applicable advertising privacy messages and choices. Advertising availability can vary by version and region.
When advertising services are used, Google may process IP addresses (including approximate location derived from them), device or app identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, and crash or performance information for ad delivery, measurement, and service operation. Florbits requests non-personalized ads, disables publisher first-party IDs, and does not request access to Apple’s advertising identifier. These settings do not mean advertising services process no data. See Google’s SDK data disclosure and Google’s privacy policy.
Applicable privacy messages let you review available choices. You can reopen them through Settings → Privacy choices when that option is available. Availability depends on your region and the requirements returned by the consent service. Consent preferences are stored and handled through Google’s messaging service.
A verified Remove Ads purchase stops banner and between-attempt ads and further ad requests from the game. It does not delete information already handled by third-party services.
Purchases
Apple processes purchases. Florbits uses StoreKit to verify ownership of the permanent Remove Ads purchase and to restore it. The studio does not receive your payment-card details. Apple retains purchase records under its own practices; deleting Florbits does not cancel the purchase. See Apple’s privacy policy.
Support correspondence
If you email us, we and our email provider receive your email address, message, and any attachments you send. We use this information to respond and resolve your request. Please avoid sending sensitive information. Contact us to request access to or deletion of your correspondence; we may need to retain information necessary to resolve an issue or meet applicable legal obligations.
Your choices and requests
You can remove local game data by deleting the app, manage available advertising choices in Settings, and contact us about personal information provided directly to the studio. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain uses of personal information. Send requests to hello@mediocregs.com. Information held independently by Apple or Google is also subject to their policies and request procedures.
Children
Florbits is designed for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, contact us so we can address it.
Third-party services and links
Apple, Google, and email services may process information on systems outside your country. Their policies describe their retention, safeguards, and choices. Opening an external website, advertisement, or email application also subjects that interaction to the applicable provider’s practices. This game policy does not describe tracking that a separately operated website might add.

We may update this policy as the game or its services change. The date above identifies the latest update. The current policy is available at mediocregs.com/privacy/florbits/.
